Before & After: The Transformation of a 116-Year-Old House

This is the latest project I just finished. This historic house was built in 1899 in Hyde Park, a historic and desired neighborhood in midtown Kansas City. Despite the property being in a prestigious location, it was left abandoned for many years and investors kept buying it and then giving up and selling it. No one saw its value and there were even talks from the city about demolishing this piece of history. The property is now completed and you can personally stay in it through booking it on AirBnb by clicking here
