The Boulevard
This is the oldest house I have worked on and one of the oldest homes in Kansas City! Built in 1899 in the prestigous Hyde Park neighborhood in midtown Kansas City. The home was left abandoned for many years and investors kept buying it and then giving up and selling it. No one saw its value and there were even talks from the city about demolishing this piece of history.
